MONTEVERDE GUEST HOUSE

Monteverde Guest House is a deluxe apartment of 140 m2, for 10 guets with a wide private garden. The house consists of 4 double bedrooms, each with private bathroom, a very spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, A/C and Wi-Fi in every room.

The house offers additional services: table tennis, table football, basketball hoop, barbecue, chill area with sofas, outdoor dining table, a private SPA (not included in the rate) that offers a hot tub for 6 people, heated high tech tent, sauna and massage area.

Monteverde Guest House is located in the awesome district of Monteverde Vecchio, and provides space and quiet close to the historic center and to the major monuments of Roma.

It's nearby the Gianicolo's viewpoint, San Peter's Basilica, night life district of Trastevere, and public parks as Villa Pamphili or Villa Sciarra.

Monteverde Vecchio is considered one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of Roma. At the end of the day, after visiting the historic center, you will enjoy to return to this calm neighborhood, plenty of public parks suitable for both children and adults.

You will have at your disposal gourmet restaurants, supermarkets, Made in Italy shops, but above all you'll appreciate the splendid private garden of the house even more.

Among the several gourmet attractions of the neighborhood it's recommended the ice cream shop La Gourmandise now known even outside Rome, or the gastronomy of Ambrosini, opened in 1896 and which still today delights adults and children with top quality typical italian products.

From "Fiumicino Airport"

Follow the signs for the train station: get on the metropolitan train heading to "Fara Sabina / Orte" (*not the Leonardo Express), get off at "Roma Trastevere" (7 stops, about 40 minutes). Once out of the station, you can either take a taxi there or catch bus No.871 and get off at the stop named "Carini / Bonnet" (this bus does not run on sundays). From "Ciampino Airport"

We suggest to get on a shuttle bus to "Termini Train Station". Once in Termini, catch the bus No.75 heading to "Poerio / Marino" and get off at the "Carini / Pilo" stop (the whole trip takes about 1 hr and 15 min). Info on the bus can be found on www.terravision.eu.

Place of interest and Transport

Vatican City. You can reach Siant Peter's Basilica on foot in about 15/20 minutes. It's recommend to guests to walk from the apartment as you cross the Gianicolo Park from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the entire historic center. With bus No.870 yo can reach the Basilica in about 10 minutes.

Historic center. 5 minutes walking to Trastevere from home and you are already inside the historic center. Alternatively, you can use the following public transport:

Tram No.8: Viale Trastevere / Piazza Ippolito Nievo stop, get off at Piazza Venezia (10 minutes).
Bus No.75: bus stop in front of the house. 10/15 minutes to get to the Colosseum.
Bus No.44: bus stop 2 minutes from the house, get off at Piazza Venezia, 10 minutes.

The house is also located about 10 minutes walk from the Quattro Venti subway station, so you are connected with the rest of the city.

Taxi parking is located 1 minute walk from the house.
